The fitness room is from 9-9 and I believe noon -9 Sundays...This is current as of 08/07/18 and confirmed in person

Ah nice question. The work out room is open with spectacularly crappy hours. Let's just say if you work a 9 to 6, you ain't getting to use this gym. Weekends also open but til 5 or 6
