Are there roaches

Yes

There are still roaches in every building. It is not just neighbors, the owner does not keep up on anything. I've been here 2 yrs and watch people constantly move out as soon as they get here and all I hear people complaining about is the roaches. I know a majority of residents here so I know that every building has this issue. When it's that big of a problem it's also the building maintenance. This is not a ghetto complex. Staff and owner need to do a better job and stop just caring about what the outside looks like. As well there have been issues with my apartment appliances have not been working since day one and maintenance don't make it a big deal. Yes the maintenance is nice but don't do their job. My vents still don't work and stove burners as well. This place is not worth the money. Staff are still pulling sneaky acts on people which is not right at all, especially when you pay every month on time.

I don't any more, thank GOD. But my neighbor was nasty.

No and then Yes. In my unit I don't see roaches often. Maybe once a month i might see one, but not bad compared to what Ive seen in some places
