Do they sell tents? And what about cheap grills?

You may find anything since they r across from the beach and it's an ace hardware. They have a supermarket, souvenirs and decor, I didn't get to the hardware section.

I have never seen tents, but they might. They have alot of merchandise. And they do have grills.

I don't think they sell tents, we are expecting a high tide though so I'm taking mine down.
