I myself have seen the huge rats running around between the back of the building and the drive thru! Very creepy! I've never known a fast food restaurant to have as many issues as this particular McDonald's does, it's crazy! Does the owner not care??? I'm sure some complaints have reached his ears within the last few years that I've been coming here. Now, I try to go to ANY other McDonald's if at all possible!
Lmao. I did ask to speak with the manager of the the day or shift and she told me that there wasn't anything she could do. Well in all honesty she had a young man translate to me that because she couldn't understand what i was telling her! Pretty unprofessional in my opinion on that one because she should be bilingual as a manager and not only speaka Spanish only...so I told him to tell her that I was gonna call the head office and let them know about the Rats and roaches and also the urine smell of the bathrooms . They stink like all URINE is everywhere but it must have set in the floors and ceiling because no matter if they just cleaned both, it smells like the employee must have let a dam of Urine open as I am walk in and he or she out! If you use the men's in between however long they go in between cleanings that day, you walk in and you are guaranteed a slip and fall bust ya butt quick kind of one! I know that well . One visit on the way in with my Mom for a Sunday afternoon meal
