Has there been any recent sightings

It has been a few months since I have been there but this is the place people go to tell their story and mark their sighting on the map!

There was a sighting there in the Blue Ridge area a year or more ago. Not aware of any more recent.

I lived in Northern WA state four years.....and lots of people hike out there in better weather,but I heard too many stories of SHOCK when people had a large rock thrown at them out of NOWHERE! I was never a believer but those people are traumatized so they don't tell people about it. These beasts are always hiding behind a tree, hard to see, and they smell to high Heaven. From talking to the hikers, they bring BEAR spray now because they didn't have to see one to believe or know they hide in plain sight. Yikes They are very territorial.....
