Why is it this place claims to be open 24 hrs but can't get service in the morning the employees setting at the tables almost asleep and won't serve anyone. You complain they run good for a few days then back to the same ole no business routine ..

File a complaint with the manager.

You'll have to ask them. Probably a piss poor manager. You need to complain to the day manager not the night manager. I'm not there at night.

Call the corporate and report them.

Call the corporate office in Illinois.

In the past I have send a survey to the manager and corporate and got similar results. They fix the service for a little while and they go back to super slow mode. Management seems to not be ok with this but cant do much and if they fire people they end up short staff and yhings get worse so they just deal with it.

In my opinion the 2 times ive been there it is definitely poor management .

It sounds like you need to get the managers information and report him and that crew to corporate asap and try the one up the street instead because they're on every other corner! Have a blessed day.
