C has the most leg room. It's the first row above the next level..
It's pretty subjective. A is too close, though. Even with a reclining seat. I prefer middle.

We ended up in the wheelchair row, seats were nice but it was terribly loud, even for my hard of hearing husband. Had i taken my service dog, it would've been too loud for his poor ears. So it depends on you.
