Anytime is a great time to visit. I'm partial to Sunday brunch myself.
You'll be happy with either menu, the restaurant stays pretty busy so I would recommend making a reservation for anytime you decide to go. I can't say either is better than the other but be prepared for Valet Parking ONLY that's the only thing i didn't like.
Dinner definitely!
Either time would be good... It's elegant enough for a dinner date or a nice business lunch. We went on a Sunday afternoon for an engagement party.
