I was just there moved here from California. Okay you will need proof of residency meaning an electric bill or mortgage payment or gas bill. Social security card definitely. Also if you are married you will need your marriage certificate. And you will also need an official birth certificate. I am sure about this my wife and I just did the process three weeks ago.
Proof of identity (2 I believe) and proof of residency (2 or 3? I dont remember)
