No it really doesn't matter what area you reside in, but I suggest that you go online to DDS to register your information so that it will speed up the process when you go in. It will also tell you what documents to bring. Takes away all the guessing. After that, you have 60 days before it expires and you would have to do it all over again.
Nope just have all you info so you can put it in there computer afterwards they will give you your ticket for further help.. There real fast too!!
