My group of friends is planning to come here for vacation but we saw that the age restriction for checking in are 21 but we are going with all boys who are 18, so I wonder if that's okay?

I doubt it. In general all hotels require you to be 21 with a credit card. Unless there is an adult that is able to reserve and check you into the room
