You can definitely roll a wheel chair under the fort that has a giant bucket that poors a large amount of water onto everyone who is beneath it every 15 minutes

The lazy river also has a handicapped device to help lower a person onto and off of the floats.

Many of the pools have steps but there are places where it gradually goes into the water. The kiddy area and the wave pool are two I can think of off the top of my head.
