No. Its stated on the doors. However you can if you have specific dietary needs such as allergies. There are plenty of places to eat before you arrive and after you leave.
Honestly, just dont be obnoxious about it. If you bring a small cooler with snacks I'm sure it's ok... dont wave it around though. But if you bring in a huge cooler and flaunt it you should get kicked out (since they too sell food).

The only outside food or drink you can bring in is from hooch and blatos or if you have specific dietary needs ie you only eat kosher and even then you need to talk to management first
