Barely. And they'll randomly pull a loooot of iffy stuff. One guy told me basically It is what it is, when they decided they didn't want to provide full refund for a botched layaway on their side.. Nor did they provide a receipt, despite request. I'd avoid Lawaway, at least at this notoriously bad Walmart. But yeah, occasionally and sporadically on random items I think they offer layaway. But avoid tech items, unless you want to be charged for items they don't provide.
