Take your electric bill, proof of income, and your drivers license or State issued ID. If they can't help they will refer you to another place that can help. They can only help to a certain extent during a one year period. You must have a cut-off notice. They will not pay your bill if it isn't past due. Another service the Hope Center provides is a food pantry. They always give you a lot of groceries and they'll give you toiletries when available. They will only do that 6 times in a year period.
Take your bill to the hope center. If they can't help you they can give you a list of others that may be able to help. Good luck and God bless!
Take your bill and any shut off notices with you when you go to Hope Center. If they are unable to help you, they will have a list of alternative places to get help.
