Im almost 99% sure it is because the majority of people that work there are children that have absolutely no idea what they are doing, nor do they want to. Yet they still get hired. For some unknown reason. I'm mean honestly I feel like I should be the one getting paid considering I have to checkout and bag my own stuff unless I somehow get lucky enough and I mean really lucky, and there might be someone actually working a register. Your best bet would be to go up there. Sorry but I don't think calling is going to be much help.
Open Google Maps pull up Walmart Supercenter Danforth you will see a photo then listed under you will have options (1directions) (2 call) pick option (4 chat) of course you will begin chatting with a computer u will have a million options this will get you to a human! The chat is fairly new for Walmart. I can guarantee you will get hey human or the answer you're looking for. I hope this helps you. Good luck 👍
Because Walmart didn't think they still actually need a person to answer the phones. Home office believes that the busy service desk people will be able to answer the phones. Call home office to let them know your feelings 1800Walmart
Only people you know will answer the phone anymore in the matrix
Wal-Mart on Danforth in Edmond never answers the phone. What's up with this?
Sorry.this won't be helpful to you now. It's just an explanation I was told one time in a B2B role with a particular Walmart, that sometimes the employee leaves, dept closes, etc the voips ring digitally but end at plug. Number dont get reused so no one notices. I can disect to know what that means, but who really knows. It goes to the either.
Guessing their too busy having social conversations with each other to help anyone with any real need of assistance. Like, lets lock up ALL of the shaving products then disappear so when people need help, they have to wait 45 minutes
