Actually, it's a simple transaction. Come in. Have ID ready. Order drink(s.) Pay, tip, drink... repeat or leave. No ID? Not his fault. He's not going to risk his job for your mistake. Didn't tip? It's well established that a customer tips, minimum of one dollar a drink. Too many idiots pretend to "not know how it works in the USA" or "forgot." Nah, nice try, pay up. Impatient or didn't like the drink? Too bad. It's not a chic cocktail lounge and often one person works alone. Regardless of what you'd have to say, you know what you did. Maybe you would feel better in a "safe space" bar where trust fund kids whine about the world all day. Anyway, specifically, I have no idea who was working. I don't even live in Philly anymore...
