Yep, I believe it's a 14 day return policy on everything except for saltwater fish which are non refundable. I guess because they are very expensive and have only a decent chance of making the transition home!! B-)

You have a 100% Guarantee on all food and treats. And our live Animals (including fresh water) have 30 days but you'll need your Receipt and any paperwork you signed. Salt water unforecanally doesn't have a guarantee.
