I usually just buy candles from this store, but this time my husband and I made a reservation here to make our own for Valentine's and our 28th anniversary. This is a perfect activity for couples in my opinion, and it takes less than an hour for the process. Tommy's is a good place to go for dinner while the candles dry if you can get a dinner reservation there at the same time. We both had a blast! 'Cheers

We went to make candles as part of our Valentine’s Day weekend and had to make an appointment for 3hrs later. Was told they usually accept walk ins on weekends but because of vday they were taking appointments because they expect a lot of traffic. I understand wanting to control traffic flow, but it would have been nice to have had that communicated on their website or social media. Mind you, it was only two other people on the store, didn’t seem that busy. But whatever. Next time, communicate so that people aren’t wasting time traveling and disrupting their plans.

My eldest daughter and grand kids brought me for the class where you can make your own candle. I enjoyed the experience and the two ladies were very nice and accommodating. There was a whole shelf of jars to choose for making your own candle blend, and we were able to decorate our own labels also. There are vintage and antique glasses that you can make candles in such as Libbey jars and old-fashioned bar tumblers. My candle is supposed to burn for 100 hours! We'll see. I recommend this experience to candle-lovers and will be back hopefully.

I ordered a good amount of candles and unfortunately the throw is minimal at best. Happy I was able to explore a local business, but will likely not order again.
