Yes they do provide transportation to and from your home, but it must be setup in advanced via your Dr, or at least my Dr did it for me.
They have a shuttle between clinic buildings and some nearby motels. I stayed at the Double Tree and they provided me with a schedule for the free shuttle service that runs every half hour until eleven pm, I believe.
I guess, it can be arranged. Most of the time, they can try and accommodate.
