Emergency walk in appointments are at 8:00am and 1pm. You MUST be there to sign in at these times only or they won't take you! Be prepared to sit for hours but they will fit you in. Like I said if you are not there by 8am or the 2nd appointments after lunch at 1pm , don't bother going.
Yes they can help they may be able to see you on emergency basis. If not you can expect some what of a long wait
