Sure they can but just be carefull because the ride its acctually turbulent as it goes fast over the waves and the boat jumps here and there and also splash water all over the passengers that seat behind the driver..so make sure the kids are seating while the boat is going fast.. I would suggest you to seat in the front of the boat or the middle not at the edge and be ready to end up with your clothes wet....its a lot of fun and u get to see some dolphins its well worth it just be extra carefull with the little ones...
Yes, my 2.5 and 1 year old got on and they did fine. They put a life jacket on the 1 year old. The boat ride actually put them both to sleep! It was a great time!
