Google says pets are permitted on Ocean City, MD boardwalk and/or beach between Oct 1st and Apr 30th, but not permitted during the summer season

It's technically open all year but if your asking for specifics like the arcades and amusement parks it usually opens around the time of spring breaks for schools in Maryland so this year it's around the first of second weekend of April I wanna say I heard that the weekend of the 3rd-5th of April is opening weekend.

In season from Saturday of Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, you can ride onlyride bikes on the boardwalk between 2am and 11am . Springfest and Sunfest weekends (Thurs.-Sunday) you can only ride between 2am and noon. The rest of the year there are no restrictions.
