Seats are old and deteriorating, but at least you won't be standing. Unless the act is amazing!
Great theatre seating. Not a bad seat in the place. Perfect size place. I sat in the fourth row for The Devon Allman Project and it was great.
There are theater seats, BUT they also put a bunch of really uncomfortable straigtback chair with no armrests in the front - maybe the first 6 or 7 rows in the middle section, 4 rows on the sides - so you might pay more for close seats, but get a relatively uncomfortable place to watch the show
