They may not take your pet if it is anyway anxiety or illness driven to bite. Make sure that the staff does not have to muzzle your animal because they are in NO way properly trained on how to handle an injured or frightened animal while causing the least amount of stress, anxiety, or pain for both animal and staff themselves. Just be forewarned if your pet bites them they will most likely immediately turn you and your beloved away whether they are in dire need of medical treatment or not, or whether or not you and your pet have been a client and patient of theirs for over a year.
