There is a pay lot right next to the old stone house. During the week there is no parking on M st but on Sundays and holidays you can park on some streets for free. Mind the spots that are noted for residents only. You could spend half the day looking for a spot or just pay to park and be done with it and enjoy the trip.
There is a parking lot just behind and to the left. It is NOT free. You can pay using the meter near the entrance or reserve using a parking app such as spothero.
