You need a visa obtained a US embassy overseas before you travel to US. Between the single longest stay is 180 days/ 6 months and not 90 days. Typically you will get a 6 months stay if you have 5 or 10 years visa.

A visa is required, and the longest stay is upto 90 days. If you stay over the given time period you woulf hve to report yourself for an extention.
