Yes and Yes...although remember it is still a library. Enjoy! We love it!
The Library doesn't really like for you to eat food inside of it but there are benches and couches outside that are a great place to take a break. 2 bathroom locations are very close by including one that is a family bathroom.
Yes snacks are ok and there is a family restroom just around the corner in the mall
