In not sure if they do or not. I know they test your pet for them when you get them fixed
You would need to contact Richmond Animal Care and Control for an answer to this question. Keep in mind that they are an animal shelter though and not a veterinary hospital so it is probably unlikely. I would recommend asking them directly.
they are hard to get I know they told me they couldn't do anything for my animals that I wasn't getting fixed there such as shots so my guess would be no, but I'd try again a few times if u have a reg vet they should be able to sell it to u without having to see your animal. good luck you can always ck Petco or petsmart to see what they carry for it.
