I definitely see why the ratings are so low. The customer service for the operator was extremely poor. She was not very pleasant this morning and when I called back to ask another question she had the worst attitude. Customer service is key. Please stop hiring individuals that don't have a passion for what they do. It's a horrible reflection for you all. We are out here trying to get help and don't want to feel like a burden because someone else is unhappy. I pray it gets better.

Don't laugh. I've had collections agencies call me. Bills not paid

This is the worst place on Earth. You can't get in touch with a single person, all the lines are busy or they just hang-up on you. I literally have a medical degree and can't figure out how to navigate this broken system.

How do I find out about my medicare free assistance
You should check into the possibility of Medicare Advantage plans in your area. Find an agent who deals with many of the plans available in your area and that agent will review your situation and talk about some possible solutions.
You have to check the status of your case in their website. You should have been assigned a Medicaid id to check your status.
