Is the splash pad open to the public and what time does is open? Where is it located? Thanks

It is located in an open square front of the Alamo Drafthouse. They turn the water off around 10. The space is open to the public.

Open all the time as far as i know and its right in front of the alamo theatre and my kids have been at it well into darkness...10pm or so
