because i can't reach anyone at the MD DMV about turning in my tags to a car i am selling i have no choice but to go to the DMV and tape them to the front door with a note that the tags are now turned in and i will take a photo of the tags taped to the door

You can drop them off at mva. They had someone sitting outside when i dropped mine off a few weeks ago. No appt. Needed.
