You can do the combo before noon after that you take your receipt and they will just charge the difference at the other location.

The zoo and aquarium charge separate fees, but the aquarium and botanical gardens are included together for one price (you just have to show your receipt at the other entrance). Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children if you are an NM resident, they are a bit more expensive if you are from out of state.
