I went last week, and many people had their coolers, didn't peak in them, but I'm sure some snacks were in there. They have funnel cakes and snacks for vending.
Everyone I know takes snacks, lunches, dinner etc. They do sell somw stuff as well but much cheaper to bring your own of course.
From the brochure that is given upon entrance: no outside food or drink allowed. That being said, many people bring in their own snacks and it doesn'r seem to be a fuss. Please just be mindful of trash (straws, wrappers, etc.) and little, some animals roam the park freely like ducks and peacocks. There is also a few cafe's and food stops, but they can be a bit pricier for a family.
You sure can there doesnt seem to be any restrictions on it.
