If the Zoo can't take your snake, try the Rattlesnake Museum! They have all kinds of snakes that they have acquired all different kinds of ways and they are SO GOOD at caring for them!

Donating large pythons and Boas to zoos rarely happens as these species are very common. The New Mexico herp society may be able to help you place your snake in a good home. As mentioned previously the rattle snake museum is a good place to get information.
