My experiences there throughout the years have been positive and they have the lowest prices in this valley. Any discount is a great discount!
They have low rates.
We work with a variety of programs through the state that offer low income discounts. If you call our clinic they can tell you what programs we are currently working with. All of our service rates are on our website (https://vetconm.com/pet-health/pet-health-veterinary-services/) and you can also get extra savings with our promotions (https://vetconm.com/promotions/). Dogs over 40 lbs are $1.50 per lb over 40. You will always see a detailed summary of all costs before procedures are done so you are never given surprise charges. Please call the clinic at (505) 865-0662
They are awful there!!! I was accepted into a low income spay/neuter/shots program through the county where they provide the services. The letter I received stated the cost of the yearly shots and the surgery would be covered and my cost would be $40. However, when I got there and my dog weighed 78 lbs they said they only cover the first 40 lb cost of the anesthesia and that I was responsible for the rest, that's 38 lbs times $5/lb. This was all said and done very mean and nasty. I showed them the letter and they went to call their contact person. When they could not reach her they said they would just bill the program for it. So I left my dog and went to work. A couple of hours later they called me, said they spoke to the person from the program and she agreed to pay half of they extra cost and asked if I would pay half. I was furious but agreed to it because I was afraid of what they would do to my dog if I didn't. In the end I paid $130. I will never go back there!!!
