They sell all of that. Kombu dashi has msg in it thou, so I don't buy from here. There is Japanese store (Maruichi Japanese Grocery) on Rockville Pike that sells it thou without msg. That's where I buy mine.
They have miso soup in powder instant form and also actual miso paste in the refrigerated section in back of produce area near the deli grab and go case. It is in the back right side of store (if you are facing the store).
They have miso in paste form. No sake they don't sell alcohol. Not sure about the other stuff. But they have a lot so probably. Love this place.
Miso, sake, but not sure of others. This is the largest international food store in the area and I bet they do have all the ingredients you're looking for.
