The sashimi slices they usually always have but the ones that are already cut into smaller square chunks that are cheaper are hit or miss I noticed, sometimes yes, most times no (I usually go there around 5-8pm though)
IMO, yes. Recently purchased a chunk of tuna specifically for Sashimi and used it to make a pokebowl.
