Is this place still in business.?? Have called everyday this week with no answer. Have left VM messages with no return call. Stopped by Friday at 10:45 AM - place was closed, not a light on, not a soul around. No sign on door - nothing!!

No. This location is permanently CLOSED based on what I saw on-site on 9July2020: they took down the "Insane Audio" sign on the building; there's paper covering all windows and doors; and calling the phone number now gets you a recording "We are unable to complete your call at this number."

Hello Susan, I have since left the Naval Academy but Louie and team installed my car alarm on one car and tinted my windows on another. They did great work. Concerning them being totally closed, I can't speak to that but maybe if you go around to the side and knock on the garage door? You shouldn't have to do that but I haven't heard that they have closed down or anything.
