***JackDanielZachMariasBesson::: I seriously doubt the old tow company towed a car from there to Oklahoma without the owners knowing it and that would make it a private call. And just because you used to drive for a tow company does not mean you know everything, local tow companies can tow outta state IF they have DOT numbers along with TDLR numbers. So please rethink that comment and get your facts straight before you go saying they towed a car over state lines.
We switched towing companies because cars that were parked illegally were not being towed. The new towing company makes sure all cars that are parked either in the street after 10 p.m. are towed or that are parked where they do not belong are towed. It is against our lease, signed by all residents, to park in the street at ANY time due to the fact that that emergency vehicles cannot get down our streets if cars are parked on the sides of the roads. We have been generous by letting people park on the streets during the day when we can get them to move their cars in case of an emergency. It is also against our rules and regulations signed by all residents to park in undesignated areas such as our yards or areas not designated as driveways. In order to enforce our lease and rules and regulations, we had to find a hard core towing company that would make sure our rules were enforced. If you have any questions or issues please contact us at the office.
Because the old towing company was rogue. Towing for no reason. One owners car was towed to Oklahoma. I used to drive for Denny's Towing Seems like going over the state line is illegal
