Contact a social worker. Go online & search social workers in your area. Call one & ask
If they are willing you can take them to a hospital and check them in. It is best for you to go with them to assist in communicating with the hospital staff ( and to make sure they are treated well). If they are not willing I have not had any success with getting help. And I was seeking treatment for family. Olney MD hospital has been very good for my family member. If that helps. It is very kind of you to help.
