Hello Ashley! Our chicken is first cooked in a rotisserie oven, self basting to keep it juicy and yummy. Then, just before it is served, we pop it onto the charcoal grill to give it a nice crispy outside. THEN, and here’s the best part, we splash it with our lemon seasoning to finish it off with a mouthwatering tang!!! (Are you hungry yet??🤤🤤)
