Just happened to find this great Japanese restaurant. We went in just before the kitchen closed at 2:30. Our waitress was very pleasant and informative. We ordered ramen and sushi. The beer and wine selection were also very good. Overall the menu had an amazing selection of food. Everything was delicious. The restaurant reminded me of my many travels to Japan. The flavors are sometimes hard to copy but they had it just right. We will be back.

You could place an order to go, or order for pick up, but it is a dine in, sit down restaurant. So depends on how you want to eat. They package their ramen really well for travel, with the soup separate so you can reheat it and then add it to the noodles when you're about to eat so nothing's soggy.
Not sure if it runs through lunch, but there is a happy hour menu that runs around 4pm. You can definitely order sushi at anytime though. The happy hour specials include more than just sushi. It has some great deals on appetizers and drinks which are all very good!!
