Can you purchase a three day permit on a vehicle with an out of state license?

Unfortunately I think the permit is literally only good from the DOL that you get it from, to the emissions place itself but don't quote me on that. I would just call to confirm any questions you might have--they're all very kind at this specific location! (Only had positive experiences myself)
