There were barrels that racers would use to dump used oil in and a big flood came and washed the barrels into the river and the environmental Stasi (EPA) found them and charged the company for illegally dumping oil. FYI, The track has always been privately owned...
You might be right? But so many Stories 1 of witch they were illegally dumping oil, the 2nd it's Privately Owned Now!!! And they have been working on this they last 4 to 5 year's now. They have done, so much the last few years! Just keep Waiting Just keep Waiting...
