Fishing is permitted in Jump Creek as long as you have a valid Idaho Fishing License and have it on your person. There are fish in the creek below the Falls, in the pool under the Falls and in the creek above the Falls. Be aware that there is poison ivy all along Jump Creek.
I very seriously doubt there are fish there.
I believe the usual state laws would apply on BLM. I've only been once and am not much of a fisher, but there didn't appear to be a good place for fishing along the trail to the falls. Perhaps up above the falls from the upper trails?
