Lower trail easy accessable with facilities. I personally avoided, due to lots of children and slower walkers. Took middle trail to get to falls, harder walk, but nice view. Upper trail is beautiful, steep uphill climb. Once you top out, view is epic. Be courteous to farmer that lives close and make sure you don't go up his driveway

Went up and found the old man of the Owyhees

Just beautiful. Just went the other day for the second time. Still amazes me. We went back to pan a little for gold. Theres crawdads in the water and fun to watch. Some rough places along the hike so be careful. Signs also advise you about the poison ivy in the area

Fairly short drive from anywhere in the Valley. There is a lot of water over the falls early in the year. A little known gem in Idaho. Go early because a lot of hikers on the weekends and the main trail is narrow. Don't mess with the weeds and brush, there is poison ivy (personal experience). Excellent geological and Native American history at Jump Creek and the entire nearby Owyhee Mountains. For a more solitary hike take the trail over the hill to the SW and drop down into the canyon or stay on the canyon rim. There are some very dangerous trails and rock climbs in and around the Canyon walls and Creek. Please respect nature and do not litter! Pack it in and pack it out!

Fishing is permitted in Jump Creek as long as you have a valid Idaho Fishing License and have it on your person. There are fish in the creek below the Falls, in the pool under the Falls and in the creek above the Falls. Be aware that there is poison ivy all along Jump Creek.
No, there are signs that say "No Camping" and "Park is Closed After Sunset"
Its prolly 1/8th of a mile following the creek to the falls. Wear shoes with above average traction as you may want to hike to above the falls on a trail near the top of the canyon. Or take aka, devil's ladder just to the right of falls. Will need to be more limber than me. Lol
No fishing.... It's more of a hiking, climbing and taking pictures kind of place.
It is day use only and closes at sunset.
