There is a ramp for wheelchairs, but as far as how close you can park to the convention center on day of event, that is a whole other question.
Keep in mind, thousands of tickets have been given out but the building only holds 7000. Just bc you have tickets doesn't mean you will get in. Also, there is a limited number of seating for ppl with needs. I wouldn't not arrive with the expectations that you will be getting in. They aren't going to give you special treatment due to being in a wheelchair. No one can enter when they arrive, you enter when they start allowing people to enter. Event doesn't start until the evening but ppl will most likely be there early if not a day early. No one is sure how close to the building they will let ppl stand to wait to get in. They will be closing a few blocks around the whole building. This is all the information anyone (employees) know at this time.
