If you can get to Penn Station, it's walking distance from there.
As we had five people we had to take two cabs to get to the hotel, it ended up costing with tips around $80... if you call the hotel they have a service they work with.. after our trip we ended up leaving the hotel in a Suburban that only cost 40 to $45 with tips
I took an uber since I was coming from LaGuardia, but Penn station it's only a couple of blocks for other airports tip take public transport
