Yes this is true. Customer are not allowed to touch plates nor serve there own food. We as cici employees. Must take your order them wash are hands. Or sanitize put gloves on then grab your cups and lids hand them to you. Get your plates then service you and your family. Customer must leave plate or bowls on table. When coming back for seconds. Must have mask on we get them new plates and put there pizza on it for them. Every time. To avoid the spread of covid-19. And safety of other and staff. Thank you and God bless
